About Me
I graduated from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy with a Diploma in Transactional Analysis (postgraduate level 7) in July 2023 and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
To provide individuals with the treatment that suits their needs and supports their goals, I use Transactional Analysis alongside various techniques and modalities. At the core of my work is the therapeutic alliance with the individual.
My special interest is in working with individuals from different cultures who may find it difficult to adapt to life in the UK or to feel that they belong. Being German and living in the UK since 2018, I have explored the challenges that arise from living in two cultures in my own personal and professional development.
